Over the years I have cooked under many a chef. Guy Fieri (Johnny Garlics) to Carolyn Ferguson(Belle Epicurean). I always saw cooking as my rock’n roll. In the early 2000’s, I created The Heavy Metal Chef with Executive Chef Matthew Newton. We created more than 20 episodes and aired on BTV in Berkeley for three years. In 2009, I was back in Seattle and Worked for Amazon’s Bon Apeti’t. I discovered my next chef personality, Chef Jonathan and created Rock The Dish. After three more years and two dozen episodes on youtube, I decided it was time to move south, back to California, and pitch my new Restaurant idea, Mighty Café. Inspired by a small Thai Food, open Wok style kitchen in Seattle called Thom Thai. This website is the end and start of my creative child expanding its wings. Mmmmmmmm did I say wings?
